Borrowing Limits

• Students may have up to 3 active borrow requests or borrowed books at a time.
• The default loan period is 3 day(s), unless a specific book has a different period.
• Students may not request the same book again while they already have a pending or active loan for it.

Returns

• Return books to the librarian on or before the due date.
• Only a librarian can confirm a return in the system.

Overdue, Lost & Damaged Books

• Late returns may incur a penalty of ₱10.00 per day.
• Damaged books may incur a fee of ₱150.00.
• Lost or destroyed books may incur a fee of ₱500.00.
• Penalty notices are issued by librarians and must be settled according to library policy.

Digital Resources / Ebooks

• Digital resources are for authorized library users only.
• Do not share download links or uploaded files outside the library system.
• Some resources may require login; unauthorized access is prohibited.

General Conduct

• Treat library materials with care.
• Respect reference-only and in-library-only materials.
• Misuse of accounts or data may result in account suspension.
